The Center Ithaca Building has 62 modern apartments, is centrally located in the heart of downtown Ithaca, and is on the bus line to both Cornell and Ithaca College. It is an award-winning post modern design built in 1981. We have an international mix of tenants of all ages.

Center Ithaca apartments are well designed and nicely detailed. They offer extraordinary variety, including unique features such as: greenhouses, skylights, patio access, and lovely city views. Each apartment has a garbage disposal, refrigerator and stove. Dishwashers are included in all but studio units. Living areas are carpeted, with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath. The apartments are on the third and fourth levels of Center Ithaca with elevator service. For your convenience, there is a laundry room on the third floor. All apartments have hookups for cable and telephone service. They are fully protected by smoke detectors and water sprinklers.

Each apartment has its own air-conditioning and heating unit. They are total electric: Average monthly utility costs range from $50.00 to $75.00, depending on the apartment style and the tenant's needs. Tenants pay their own utilities. Furnished Apartments available.

PARKING:

The Green Street Parking Ramp is attached to the Center Ithaca building with entry to the apartment level.

RENTAL TERMS:

We offer a one-year lease. A security deposit in the amount equal to one month’s rent and last month’s rent is required. A yearly fee of $85.00 is charged for trash/recycling fees per apartment (to be paid in full when tenant moves in).
